Our Shirts..............................

We sell authentic football shirts from makers such as Adidas and Nike. These include official 'player issue' and replica shirts. We never sell fakes or copies, so you can be assured that you are purchasing an authentic item. We try and keep our inventory as up to date as possible, so that everything you see on the website is available for purchase and next day shipping.....no more frustrating 'out of stock' messages whenever you look at an item. We also try to measure each shirt individually, so that you know that you are buying the correct size shirt [just half the stated chest size, to get the measurement from armpit to armpit].

Names and Numbers.................

We are not able to print names or numbers onto our shirts or customise them in any way.

Shipping costs..........................

Your shipping costs are automatically calculated when you checkout. We endevour to keep our shipping costs as low as possible but for international sales it is neccesary to send by 'International Signed For' delivery which includes a tracking number.

For UK Buyers The shipping costs are based on the total value of the items purchasedand will be either £2.80 by recorded delivery or £6.50 by Special Next Day delivery. This cost increases for packages over £70 in value to £7.50.

For European Buyers We now only ship internationally using the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service which includes a tracking number. The cost is based on weight. Packages up to 400 grams [this will cover all but the heaviest of shirts] will be sent at a cost of £7.90.  A package between 400 and 500 grams would cost £9.00; 500-700 grams would cost £11.00 and so on. If there is no need for the item to be sent by 'signed for' delivery [such as a low value item] then we will deduct £5 from your payment and refund it back to you.  Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping rates. We are flexible and will always try to accomodate your shipping needs.

Payment Options.....................

You will be able to pay by paypal or with a credit/debit card [via paypal]. We are not able to accept American Express at present. You can also pay by using Google Checkout. UK buyers may also be able to pay for items with UK£ cheques or postal orders, however you must contact us first and your item will only be reserved for 5 working days to allow time for your payment to arrive...............

Delivery......................,

In most cases, purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. Our items are sent by Royal Mail. UK destinations are sent by either Recorded delivery or Special Next Day delivery, depending upon the value. Items to the rest of the world are generally sent by International Signed For delivery. You will be sent a confirmatory e-mail to say that your item has been shipped. We always obtain proof of postage.

UK purchases can normally expect to be delivered within 3 working days. For European buyers, items will normally be delivered to most countries within 7 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery will vary but normally we expect your item to be with you within 14 working days.

Returns.........................

Returns are accepted. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt that you are returning an item to us and it must then be received within 28 days. Please return in the same condition that it was dispatched, including any tags and labels. Your payment will be refunded within 3 days of the item being received by us. We rely on the customer to purchase the correct size item. If this is returned as being the wrong size, then the customer must bear the return shipping costs themselves. We do a visual inspection of all of our items and try and describe any faults honestly. Sometimes things do get missed and occasionally an item may not live up to the expectations of the buyer. If the item is faulty or damaged then you can return it and we will refund the payment and the customers return shipping costs. If you have a problem with your item then please contact us first and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue with you.

Cancellations............

Cancellations are acceptable, should you make a mistaken purchase. However, we ask, you will cancel your transaction as soon as possible after purchase, and in any case within 2 hours, as our items are normally shipped the next working day. You will receive an immediate refund. However, if we have already shipped the item to you then you will need to return the item to us at your own expense before a refund can be given.

Fraud Prevention.............

Please note that, in order to prevent any fraudulent transactions then, we reserve the right to not ship an order until we are satisfied that the payment has originated from the genuine card-holder, should we deem a transaction to be of a suspicious nature. This is likely to only affect a tiny proportion of our orders. For example, if the billing and shipping addresses are different, then we make further enquiries to satisy ourselves that the order is not fraudulent. We also work closely with law enforcement agencies to prevent and report any attempted unauthorised use of credit cards on this site.
