Our Shirts

We sell authentic football shirts from makers such as Adidas, Nike, Kappa, Errea, Umbro and Joma. These include ‘player issue’ and official replica shirts. We never sell fakes or copies, so you can be assured that you are purchasing an authentic item. We try and keep our inventory as up to date as possible, so that everything you see on the website is available for purchase and next day shipping…..no more frustrating ‘out of stock’ messages whenever you look at an item. Whenever possible, we also try to measure each shirt individually, so that you know that you are buying the correct size shirt [just half the stated chest size, to get the measurement from armpit to armpit].

Name and Number Printing

We are not able to print names or numbers onto our shirts or customize them in any way.

Shipping costs

For UK Buyers

We offer free shipping for our UK customers on orders up to 2 kilos in weight. Items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and UK delivery is normally within 2-3 days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) and Special Next day delivery are also available at extra cost. (£2 and £7.50 respectively)

For Europe

For 1 or 2 Football Shirts – Less than 500 grams in total – International Tracked For delivery – £8.00

The shipping cost for multiple purchases is calculated automatically, based on weight and increases pro-rata. Items are sent by UK Royal Mail and delivery can vary from between 4 to 14 days, depending upon location.

Europe Tax/VAT – For buyers in Germany, France, Ireland, Portugal, Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, and Austria. WE ARE ABLE TO PAY THE VAT/IMPORT TAX FOR YOU, SO THAT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO PAY WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY. Other countries will also be included soon (Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg).

For the USA and Rest of the World   

For 1 or 2 Football Shirts – Less than 500 grams in total – International Tracked – £9.00

The shipping cost for multiple purchases is calculated automatically, based on weight and increases pro-rata. Items are shipped using UK Royal Mail and delivery to the USA and Canada is normally 7-10 days, Australia 7-14 days and for other countries you should allow 10+ days, depending on location.

Payment

You will be able to pay by Paypal, credit/debit card [via Stripe), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All Paypal transactions are subject to the Paypal Privacy Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT STORE ANY FINANCIAL DETAILS FROM YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENT.

Delivery

In most cases, purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received, except weekends. Orders received by 2pm are shipped the same day. Our items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or Special Next Day delivery. Items to the rest of the world are generally sent by International Tracked/Signed/Tracked and Signed delivery. You will be sent a confirmatory e-mail to say that your item has been shipped. 

UK purchases can normally expect to be delivered within 2-3 working days. For European buyers, there can be delays at Customs due to Brexit so we cannot estimate when your package will be delivered. For the rest of the world, delivery will vary but normally we expect your item to be with you within 14 working days.

Special Next Day Delivery – Providing an order is received before 3pm, we will ship it the same day for next day delivery by Royal Mail which will require a signature on delivery. However, we are reliant on Royal mail delivering the item on time (which they do in the vast majority of cases] although this cannot be guaranteed and we do not accept any consequential loss or damage caused by a delayed delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you are returning an item to us and it must then be received within 30 days. Please return in the same condition that it was dispatched, including any tags and labels. Your payment will be refunded within 3 days of the item being received by us. We rely on the customer to purchase the correct size item. If this is returned as being the wrong size, then the customer must bear the return shipping costs themselves. We do a visual inspection of all of our items and try and describe any faults honestly. Sometimes things do get missed and occasionally an item may not live up to the expectations of the buyer. If the item is faulty or damaged then you can return it and we will refund the payment and the customers return shipping costs. If you have a problem with your item then please contact us first and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue with you.

Cancellations

Cancellations are acceptable, should you make a mistaken purchase. However, we ask, you will cancel your transaction as soon as possible after purchase, and in any case within 2 hours, as our items are normally shipped the next working day. You will receive an immediate refund. However, if we have already shipped the item to you then you will need to return the item to us at your own expense before a refund can be issued.

Fraud Prevention

Please note that, in order to prevent any fraudulent transactions then, we reserve the right to process an order until we are satisfied that the payment has originated from the genuine card-holder, should we deem a transaction to be of a suspicious nature. This is likely to only affect a tiny proportion of our orders. For example, if the billing and shipping addresses are different, then we make further enquiries to satisfy ourselves that the order is not fraudulent. We also work closely with law enforcement agencies to prevent and report any attempted unauthorized use of credit cards on this site.
